Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the operator Tatry Babič Apartments (hereinafter "host") and the person making a reservation (hereinafter "guest").
2. Booking Accommodation
Reservations through the website are non-binding. By submitting the reservation form, the guest expresses interest in accommodation for the specified dates.
After receiving a reservation request, the host will verify availability and send the guest:
- Reservation confirmation with stay conditions, or
- Reservation rejection with explanation
The reservation becomes binding only after written confirmation by the host and payment of the deposit.
3. Payment Terms
Deposit
A deposit of at least €100 is required to confirm the reservation. The exact amount depends on the length of stay and specific apartment.
Balance
The remaining balance is paid upon arrival or as individually agreed.
On-site Fees
- Recreational fee: €1 - €2.50 / person / night (depending on location)
- Refundable deposit: €50 - €100 (depending on apartment)
4. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- 30 or more days before arrival: full refund of deposit or transfer to another date
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit or transfer to another date
- Less than 15 days before arrival: deposit is forfeited
The host reserves the right to individually assess cancellation conditions in justified cases (illness, extraordinary circumstances).
5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: standard from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Check-out: standard by 11:00 AM
Exact times may vary by apartment and can be arranged individually by mutual agreement.
6. House Rules
The guest agrees to:
- Observe quiet hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Not organize loud celebrations and parties
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment
- Report any damage to property
- Not smoke inside the apartment
- Respect neighbors and surroundings
7. Pets
Accommodation with pets is only possible by prior arrangement with the host. A surcharge according to the current price list applies for pet stays.
8. Liability for Damages
The guest is responsible for damages caused to the apartment equipment by themselves or persons staying with them. In case of damage, the damage will be deducted from the deposit or additionally invoiced to the guest.
9. Complaints
In case of dissatisfaction with the quality of services, the guest is obliged to contact the host immediately so that the situation can be resolved. Later complaints may not be accepted.
10. Personal Data Protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
11. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions become effective on the date of their publication. The host reserves the right to change them. The current version is always available on this page.
By submitting a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
